Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious and varied vegetable breakfast, comfortable mattresses, convenient location near restaurants.

There are also plenty of shops in the vicinity. The rooms are clean and the staff is attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Guests can enjoy a pleasant view from some of the rooms, adding to the overall experience. the hotel offers a comfortable lounge area where guests can enjoy tea throughout the day.

The shower rooms may be small and not very functional, with limited space and a placement that may be inconvenient for some.

Great location for exploring local food places and attractions. Helpful and friendly staff, particularly Hakan, Undar, and Muhammad. Good value for money. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast on the terrace was a pleasant experience. Cosy lounge and lobby area. Good water pressure in the showers.

I had an amazing experience at Farina Hotel By Cigno. The location was perfect, with plenty of beautiful and local food places nearby. The staff, especially Hakan, Undar, and Muhammad, were absolute gems. They were attentive, warm, and provided excellent service. The hotel was clean and great value for money. The little touches, like the staff going out to buy English tea, made a big difference. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and wonderful staff.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, providing excellent customer service and even giving me helpful recommendations on places to visit. The breakfast offered a nice selection of fresh food, and the coffee was exceptional. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, being close to public transport and situated in a very good area of the city, right next to the Valens aqueduct.

I had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the station and close to all the attractions. The area is very safe and in the heart of the city. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, especially Serdar who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room had a stunning view and was spotlessly clean. The hotel offers a range of services including dry cleaning and laundry, making it very convenient for guests. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I also enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and the soundproofed rooms provided a peaceful night's sleep. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to families visiting.

There were a few aspects that left room for improvement. the lack of double-glazed windows resulted in noticeable traffic noise, which could disrupt sleep.
